Can I get help choosing a product?
Yes. Book a free product consult with Dr. Tim Shu, DVM, our founder. He replies within one business day by call or email. It isn’t a substitute for your own veterinarian.
Where’s my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has your tracking link. If you can’t find it, send us your order number and we’ll look it up.
How do I change or pause my subscription?
Log in to your account with the email you used at checkout to skip, pause, change your schedule, or cancel.

Where do you ship?
